1. Membership Duration & Renewal

• Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically on the same date each month.
  
  
• You may cancel your membership at any time with a 14-day written notice before your next billing date.
  
  

2. Membership Usage

• Blow-dry sessions are priced at a 45 minitue maximum appointmrnt offering.
• Blow-dry sessions do not roll over to the next month, however, conditioning treatments do not,  and must be used within the billing cycle.
  
  
• Services included in the membership are non-transferable and may only be used by the member.
  
  

3. Additional Services

• Additional blow-dries or treatments may be purchased at the discounted “additional” rate listed in your membership tier.
  
  
• Any upgrades (e.g., iron work, extensions, or specialty styling or extended time requirements) will incur additional charges.
  
  

4. Retail Discounts

• Members receive 15% off retail purchases during the active membership period.
  
  
• Retail discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or coupons.
  
  

5. Payment & Cancellations

• A valid credit/debit card must remain on file for monthly billing.
  
  
• All payments are non-refundable once processed.
  
  
• The salon reserves the right to cancel or modify memberships with a 30-day notice.
  
  

6. Scheduling & No-Shows

• Appointments are subject to stylist availability; we recommend booking in advanceadvance booking is recommended.
  
  
• No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in forfeiting that individual month’s session.
  
  

7. Membership Benefits

• Membership pricing and benefits are exclusive to active members and subject to change.
  
  
• By enrolling, you agree to the terms outlined above.
